As part of South Lincolnshire Rural Primary Care Network (SLRPCN) we offer evening and weekend appointments outside of your normal GP practice hours that is of 8am to 6.30pm. These will be at one of our member sites:

Abbeyview Surgery, Crowland
Gosberton Medical Centre, Gosberton
Bourne Galletly Practice, Bourne
Deepings Practice, Market Deeping
To book please use the total triage system, your request will be triaged by a member of the clinical team. This is open from 7:30am - 6:30pm Monday and Tuesday - Friday 8am - 6:30pm. If you require an extended access appointment please specify in your triage.
