The quickest and easiest way to access your test results is via the NHS APP . If you do not have access to this service, please use this link or click the button to the right.
Please telephone our reception team on 01775 840204 choosing option 1 after 14.30 Monday to Friday. Most results take up to a week to be returned to the practice.
Results are confidential and will only be given to you personally (except in special cases). If the doctor wishes to discuss the results you may be asked to make an appointment.
The receptionist will not be able to answer any medical queries you may have from a test result and will need to put a message through to the clinical team to provide a response.
Tests performed at hospitals such as x-rays & ultrasounds can often take up to 30 days for results to be sent to us. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long it takes for these results to come back to us.
Once a clinician has reviewed the results of the test, we will usually send you a text to get in touch with us to discuss the results. If results are normal, we cannot always get in touch so again, please remember it is your responsibility to check your results are back.
