The doctors can offer 8 telephone consultations or see at least 4 patients in surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit.
Home visits are available for those patients that the doctor/nurse judges to be unable to attend the practice for clinical reasons. Please ring our Reception team on 01775 840204 where possible prior to 10.30am. The recptionist will put you on on a call back list so an appropriate clinician can call you back, usually within 1 hour, to discuss the nature of the problem and agree if a visit is necessary and appropriate
Please note that the doctor attending will be the DUTY doctor for that day and not necessarily your usual or preferred doctor.
