How to order your repeat medication 

The quickest and easiest way to request a repeat prescription is through one of the prescription services supported by Gosberton Medical Centre. These include;

Online 

Via NHS app or SystmOnline. Links included on page. 

Voicemail 

Telephone 01775 840 204 and select option 3 when prompted. 

Repeat slips 

Place these in the letter box located to the right of the main entranced titled "Prescriptions"

Collecting your repeat prescription medication

Please allow 3 working days from ordering before trying to collect your medication (for medication ordered after 6.30pm or at a weekend, the 3 days will start from 8.00am on the next working day - Saturdays and Sundays are not classified as working days). At a Bank Holiday, please allow an extra 1-2 working days. Prescriptions should be collected within 4 weeks of ordering, otherwise your order will be cancelled and you will need to re-order.

Please help us to support all our patients by collecting your medication between the following times - Monday to Friday: 08.00 - 18.00

Patients within our dispensary catchment area can now sign up to use our 24/7 collection machine for added convenience. Once your prescription is ready, you’ll receive a unique code via email or text. You’ll have 48 hours to collect your medication from the machine. If not collected within this time, your prescription will be returned to the dispensary for collection at the counter during opening hours.

Please allow THREE full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
